THE GRAFFITI ETHOS

At Graffiti Pizza quality is our priority. We use the juiciest red vine tomatoes, reminiscent of Mediterranean summers, and locally-sourced market vegetables that are fresh and bursting with flavour.

Our Parma ham is light and tasty. And our chicken? We only ever source the finest cuts, from reputable farms in southern England. These are coated in our kitchens with Graffiti’s home-made marinade – a beautiful blend of herbs and spices.

We favour seven-year old Italian parmesan, so its flavours are lip-smackingly strong and tasty. Our top-quality Greek feta and gorgonzola add a unique edge to all our pizzas, while our gorgeous garlic butter is blended from scratch, using fresh garlic cloves for maximum taste.

And, because Graffiti pizza dough is freshly made daily, it contains less salt and sugar than the frozen variety used in many larger pizza chains. Graffiti literally means to ‘make your mark’. We aim to do just that.

THE GRAFFITI MENU

We’re pretty unique when it comes to pizzas. You’ll struggle to find many of our most innovative recipes anywhere else in Manchester in fact. The Breakfast Pizza – complete with beans, eggs, bacon and sausage – is just one of our latest creations. Got a Sunday hangover? We’ll sort it. Curry lovers will adore our Ruby Murray, complete with spring onion, jalfrezi potato and green peppers. And, of course, we have all the Italian favourites like Margherita and Fiorentina, to satisfy the more classic palate.

Delicious desserts are also available. We stock the finest Italian ice-cream in a range of dreamy flavours, including raspberry ripple, bubble gum, white chocolate chunk and mint choc chip. Our West Didsbury locals have even been known to pop in for an ice-cream only takeaway!

Our pizzas have a great name for themselves in West Didsbury, and our popular take-out and delivery service is testimony to our consistently high standards. If you can’t be bothered to cook, but you care about what you eat, Graffiti is for you. We deliver to most addresses – on our speedy red and black moped - within a 2½ mile radius. And, if you pop in as a regular customer, we’re pretty generous with our freebies – the little touches matter to us. Expect to get the odd portion of garlic bread or coleslaw, on the house!
